Refunds and Exchange Policy

We have a strict policy of no refunds or exchange unless the item received is in damaged physical condition. If you are faced with this unfortunate circumstance, please send us the picture of the game as soon as it arrives and we would review this on case by case basis to determine the next course of action.

Every board game that is sent out of our warehouse is exactly the same. We do not accept any offer to exchange for another game or unit.

Team Desification will be processing the orders in 24 hours after the placement. You can send us a message to cancel the order within first 24 hours and we will issue the refund. If you decide to cancel the order after, and if the item is already on it way, please let us know. We would issue the refund once we receive the item back from you and you would be liable to pay shipping.
